The rental terms for Santa Rosa Dumpster Rental: placement, prohibited items and weight limits.
Your rental
Each rental covers delivery, the agreed rental period, pickup and disposal of permitted debris within the weight limit for your dumpster size. The details are confirmed with you before delivery.
Placement
We place the dumpster where you direct, on boards. You confirm the surface can support a loaded truck. Placement on a public street may require a permit from your city, which must be in place before delivery.
Loading
Load no higher than the top rim. Not allowed: tires, liquids, paint, batteries, appliances containing refrigerant, asbestos, medical waste and anything hazardous or flammable.
Responsibility
We are responsible for our truck and our driving. You are responsible for the dumpster and its contents while it is on your property.
Changes and cancellations
Call as early as you can to reschedule or cancel. Weather delays on our side are rescheduled at no fault to you.
